What is Intrapay?
Intrapay is an app that allows merchants/merchant aggregators to handle collections and payout across multiple countries. Intrapay can also be used to automate the whole payment process.

What countries are Intrapay available in?
Intrapay is currently available in Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria and 15 other countries.
What countries can I payout to?
You can pay out to Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria and 15 other countries.
What is my Capital Wallet?
Capital Wallet is your stable coin wallet where your USDT balance is stored.
Where is my USDT Wallet Address?
The USDT Wallet Address is found in the Crypto Wallet screen, after you click the Fund Wallet option in Capital Wallet.
Do I get access to multiple currency wallets?
Yes, you get access to the currency wallets of all the 18+ countries where Intrapay is available.
Are Payout Instant?
Payout is instant for all the countries.
When will my money be settled into my account?
For Nigeria, it takes 12 hours.
For all the other countries, it is settled instantly.
What do I need for my KYC on Intrapay?
Business KYC needs:
Proof of Address (Major Shareholder)
Statement of Account
ID card of Major Shareholder
Certificate of Incorporation
Individuals KYC needs:
Proof of Address
Government Approved ID
Statement of Account
How long does it take for my account to be approved?
What are the ways I can collect money on Intrapay?
Collection Mechanism include:

NB: We don't use debit or credit cards.
What are my options for Payout?

What happens when a customer pays above or below the order amount?
The Single/Bulk Claim feature enables merchants to claim funds into their wallet in cases of mismatched transactions.
What if I want my money converted to USD?
The Swap feature enables merchants to convert their money from one currency to another.
How do I add another country on my Intapay Account?
Log into Intrapay
Click the Country Dropdown
Click Add Account
Input all the Required details
Input OTP and click the Submit Button

How do I map to a Partner?
You can map to a partner by going to Partner Mapping screen in the Fiat Wallet section of the dashboard to connect your payment collection to that of your IPC partner's system.

How do I setup my Merchant Account?
You can setup your Merchant Account by signing in on Intrapay and mapping to your partner.
How do I setup my Fiat Wallet on Intrapay?
Log into your Intrapay Account
Click Fiat Wallet on the dashboard
Click Overview
Click the Setup Wallet Button
Input all the required information and click the Submit button.

How do I fund my Intrapay Account?
You can fund your Intrapay Account through Crypto or Fiat Wallet method.
To fund your crypto wallet, you have to copy the wallet address provided in fund wallet screen and send USDT to it through the TRC-20 network only.
To fund your fiat wallet, you have to send money to the provided bank account number and name provided in the fund screen.
How do I integrate Intrapay to my ecommerce site?

How do I Swap Currencies on Intrapay?
Log into your Intrapay Account
Click Fiat Wallet on the dashboard
Click Swap in Overview
Input the amount and currency you want to swap
Click the Swap Button
Input OTP and click Submit.

How I do I Fund my USDT wallet?
You can fund your USDT Wallet by copying the wallet address provided in the fund wallet screen of the crypto section and send USDT to it through the TRC-20 network only. Watch video here.
How do I create an order on the Intrapay system?

Can I fund my USDT using other networks or TRC-20 only on Intrapay?
You can fund your USDT using only TRC-20
How do I regenerate my API Keys?
You can do this by clicking the “Re-generate” option below the previous available key.
Can I map to multiple Partners?
Yes, you can.
How do I withdraw from my Crypto Wallet?
Log into your Intrapay Account
Click Crypto Wallet on the dashboard
Click the Withdraw option under Capital Wallet
Input all the required information and click the Submit button.

Can I setup 2FA on my account?
Yes, you can.
What do I do if I think my secret keys are compromised?
If you think your secret key is compromised, click “Re-generate” and reconfigure on Partner’s platform.
How do I access my secret key?
You can access your secret key by going to Partner Mapping Screen on Fiat Wallet section of Intrapay's Dashboard.
What is my Intrapay Merchant ID?
Intrapay Merchant ID is a unique identification number issued to the merchant when they open up their Intrapay Merchant Account. It enables the smooth processing of collection and payout transactions. It is located at the bottom left in the Fiat Wallet Screen.
What is my Callback URL?
A Callback URL is a web address used in web development and API integrations to specify where a user should be redirected after completing an action or process.
